selective mapping with phase rotation

selective mapping is one of the PAPR effective reduction techniques.

3 days ago i've posted selective mapping method to reduce PAPR, but i used only 3 phase shifts (10,15 and 20) and that was to show the phase shift effect and how it changes the PAPR value, but now in that simulation i'm concerned more about choosing the optimum phase after trying all the possible phase shifts from 0:90 degrees, and then i've drawn a curve showing the PAPR of each phase shift, and showing the optimum phase shift.
