A small collection of m files for dealing with fitting ellipses to sets of (x,y) data, converting between two different parameterisations of ellipse shape, and generating sets of (x,y) data from fitted ellipse parameters.

Credit for the ellipse fitting method used goes to the authors of the following paper:
