Use NIfTI ROI Tool to draw elliptical and circular regions of interest inside NIfTI volumes. Scroll through slices, add as many ROIs as you need, adjust their shapes and positions, and see pixel statistics (mean and standard deviation) update in real time. Then save the ROI values in an Excel spreadsheet for plotting and further analysis.
