Simulates a capacitive wireless power transfer (WPT) system for static charging applications using MATLAB/Simulink.
This project demonstrates a Static Wireless Charging System Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink based on the capacitive wireless power transfer (WPT) principle.
It models both transmitter and receiver circuits that exchange power wirelessly through capacitive coupling.
Key Features:
- Models a capacitive WPT circuit for static wireless energy transfer.
- Includes transmitter and receiver LC circuits with coupling capacitance.
- Simulates voltage, current, and power waveforms to analyze transfer efficiency.
- Studies the effects of load resistance, coupling capacitance, and distance on power transfer.
- Demonstrates a contactless charging mechanism applicable to low-power devices and IoT systems.
How to Run:
- Open the file StaticWirelessChargingSystemSimulation.slx in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Set simulation parameters as per your requirement (e.g., frequency, capacitance, resistance).
- Click Run to start the simulation.
- Observe voltage and current waveforms at transmitter and receiver ends.
Applications:
- Wireless charging pads for drones, mobile devices, and electric vehicles.
- Research and educational demonstration of WPT concepts.
