Conical WaveRider Designer
Written by Jared Warmack, with contributions from Dr. Eric R. Perrell, and Dr. Kevin Gerard Bowcutt. Written under study at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University College of Engineering.
This program produces geometry and simple newtonian pressure distribution analysis for conical hypersonic waverider bodies. The method used is that of Dr. Kevin Gerard Bowcutt, though this version does not incorperate the viscous effects, or viscous optimized leading edges. This program is suitable for rapid prototyping of waverider bodies which can be exported as STL files for CFD analysis and CAD refinement. The graphics based design tool is helpful for visualizing the steps of the waverider generation process, and the step-by-step user input commands break it down into easy to follow segments.

Special thanks go to Dr. Perrell who guided me through this project, and for contributions to the RK4 algorithm, and to Dr. Bowcutt whose dissertation inspired us, and whose FORTRAN code on the predictor-corrector method was adapted for use in Matlab.
