Simple Sine Wave in Simulink
Description
This beginner-level project demonstrates how to generate and visualize a sine wave in Simulink using a Scope block. It is intended as a simple starting point for students and hobbyists who are new to Simulink.
Simulink Model Details
The Simulink model Simple_sine_wave.slx contains two main blocks:
1. Sine Wave Block
- Found under Simulink → Sources library.
- Generates a continuous sine wave signal.
- Default parameters:
- Amplitude = 1
- Frequency = 1 rad/s
- Phase = 0
- Sample time = 0 (continuous)
2. Scope Block
- Found under Simulink → Sinks library.
- Used to display and visualize the generated sine wave in real time.
The blocks are connected directly:
