Overview

FRACTIONALPEAK is a program to detect the fractional peak onset latency of ERP components. As an output, the program places a new Peak marker to the first data point, where the user defined fraction of the peak amplitude is reached in the backward direction. Usage: This script is meant for use with BrainVision Analyzer 2 and its Matlab Transformation. After detecting the peaks on time-domain averaged nodes using the Peak Detection transformation, call Matlab transformation to export the data. Detailed use instructions can be found in the m-file.
