Overview

ECOG_VIEW is a function to create a 2D View which displays ECoG electrode grid power in the delta, theta, alpha and beta frequency bands, as defined in BrainVision Analyzer 2. The code can be easily modified and expanded to include different electrode arrangements and additional frequency bands. The resultant ECoG Power figure (.tif) will be saved in the Analyzer Export folder of the current workspace.

Usage: This script is meant for use with BrainVision Analyzer 2 and its Matlab Transformation. On the averaged FFT power nodes of ECoG data, call Matlab transformation and execute the function ECoG_View(). Detailed use instructions can be found in the m-file.
Help: Type “help ECoG_View” at the MATLAB Command prompt.
