How It Works
  1. Voltage Sensing:A voltage sensor continuously monitors the output voltage.
  2. Error Detection:The sensed voltage is compared to a reference voltage. The difference is the error signal.
  3. Controller (PID/PI):The error is fed into a controller (often a PID controller) that adjusts the firing angle of thyristors accordingly.
  4. Thyristor Triggering:Based on the controller output, the thyristors are fired to regulate the conduction period, thus controlling the output voltage.
