Calculate feedback K matrix and Kr input scaling factor for given Ts and PO requirements
Calculate desired poles from given Ts and PO requirements. Using desired poles K is calculated and finally Kr scaling factor calculated. Open loop and closed loop controller step responses are plotted for comparison
