This app lets you simulate the Nunez et al. three-state model of the lower urinary tract, adjust model parameters, change views, and save.

This app lets you interact via GUI with the Nunez et al. 2024 model of the lower urinary tract. It supports timeseries views, state space views, saving/loading simulation data, manipulating parameters and initial conditions, and toggling displays of many physiological states.
The model is a 3-state ODE system comprised of bladder volume, tension, and neural sensing, but from these primary states the value of many other physiological quantities of interest are calculated, including bladder pressure, bladder radius, and bladder muscle commands.
