The simulation calculates daily and monthly energy consumption based on standard power ratings and typical usage durations for each device. It incorporates a billing model that includes 100 units of free electricity per month, with additional units charged at ₹5 per unit. The tool not only calculates the total electricity bill but also provides visual feedback using multiple graphical representations. A pie chart illustrates the daily energy distribution among appliances, a bar graph compares the actual bill against the user-defined budget, and a scatter plot demonstrates arbitrary usage trends for further analysis. This intuitive interface aims to promote energy awareness and assist users in staying within their monthly electricity budget, thereby supporting cost-saving and energy conservation goals.
