RPS allows the calculation and analysis of power flows in radial unbalanced electrical power systems that include DERs.
Radial Power Solver (RPS) is a toolbox designed for the simulation of load flows in unbalanced power systems using the Backward Forward Sweep (BFS) method. It incorporates a wide variety of elements, including transformers, transmission lines, voltage regulators, circuit breakers, ZIP loads, capacitor banks, distributed generators, electric vehicle chargers and storage units.
Its development under the object-oriented programming paradigm allows high flexibility and customization to adapt to different scenarios. In addition, it has a user manual and a detailed guide that describes the mathematical model of each element, facilitating the incorporation of new components through four generalized matrices.
