The SINC-LAB library can be used to retrack SAR altimetry (or conventional altimetry) signals in order to derive geophysical parameters. The models are based on the Signal model Involving Numerical Convolutions (SINC). Some of these models are implemented in official altimetry products under the term "numerical retracking."
However, this is a separate implementation, which I use to compute data for my publications. After downloading, please refer to the PDF titled SINC_LAB_Doc.pdf for relevant information.
Otherwise, enjoy using the library, and feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues.
