Run ax2im to convert 2D axes data to image
Hybrid format: Legends, titles, labels, ticks & text left as is
Useful for exporting figures with a large number of datapoints as "pdf" w/ vector graphics & embeddable fonts
Can reduce the file size substantially without significantly sacrificing quality
Example: ax2im(gcf); exportgraphics(gcf,'hybrid.pdf','ContentType','vector')
