The Lightning Impulse waveform generation is necessary to conduct impulse withstand test on Electrical Equipment. It requires control impulse circuit parameters with respect to Test Object as well as desired Peak Voltage of 1.2us/50us.
The following MATLAB Simulink model developed on old version of MATLAB 2006 helps the students and academics to conduct simulations easily and understand the phenomena.
