To run, lunch the file RUNNER_NPF.m and select the desired problem to optimize by uncommenting its line.
Extract data files from "data.zip" and keep a folder named "data" in the MGP-BBBC folder, (originally available in CEC'2013 competition https://github.com/mikeagn/CEC2013)
