This is Part 1. File cannot be larger than 250 MB, so that I split the materials to 3 files. The other two files can be downloaded via:

Four signals are uploaded, which are simulation signal, wind turbines 1, 2 and 3. The wind turbine 1 signal is provided by CMMNO contest while wind turbines 2 and 3 are collected from two wind turbines in Northern China.

IAS_Tacho: IAS calculated by tacho signal

IAS_XXX: IAS estimated by different methods and vibration components
