The Social Engineering Optimizer (SEO) is a metaheuristic optimization algorithm inspired by social engineering techniques used to manipulate individuals or groups to achieve certain goals. It was proposed by Han et al. in 2020. SEO simulates the social engineering process by iteratively updating the population of solutions based on social interactions between individuals.
