Histogram analysis of original and encrypted images
Display the histogram of a plaintext image, its suffled version, and encrypted version.

This code can be used for displaying the histograms of a plaintext image, its shuffled version, and its encrypted version, for both grayscale and RGB images. The histogram's variance is also computed.
