func = Periodic function
T = Period of the function
m = Number of terms
tol = Tolerance
n = Function Evaluation points
Example:
func = @(t) 2*sin(2*pi*t*300) - 3*cos(2*pi*t*250) + 5;
A = fourier(func, 1, 6);

A =
Freq a_n b_n
0 5 0
250 -3 0
300 0 2
