Moment_Coefficient

Moment coefficient (Cm) measures an objects or airfoils tendency to rotate around a specific axis when subjected to aerodynamic.

You are now following this Submission

In aerodynamics, the moment coefficient (Cm) is a dimensionless parameter that describes an objects or airfoils resistance to rotation about a specific axis when subjected to fluid forces. It is particularly important in understanding an objects stability and control characteristics. Cm is calculated based on the objects moment, fluid density, fluid velocity, and reference wing area. A positive Cm indicates nose-up rotation, while a negative value signifies nose-down rotation.
