UMTS Turbo Encoder, this is the 1/3 rate nonsystematic convolutional (NSC) encoder. Which is used in UMTS and CDMA. this is a encoder part only, I am trying to design decoding part, but not to be success yet. Please let you all are try for this and submit the file for help to other. You can find the details about decoder in the following IEEE journal Selected Area in Comm. May 2001, vol.19, number 5.
