A graphical user interface for generating solutions of quasi-linear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) using the Method of Characteristics. The interface provides a visual representation of the solution surface, including the characteristic lines. A slider allows for dynamic visualization of the parameterization variable gamma along the solution surface. Users can easily adjust PDE coefficients, initial conditions, and the spatial and temporal domains using input windows. The application is developed as an educational tool to illustrate MOC concept for the course "control of distributed parameter systems" during my PhD time at the Institute of Automatic Control, RWTH Aachen University.
