permtest

Permutation test implementation for MATLAB.

TUTORIAL

  • To start the tutorial, open the tutorial folder and run startup.m.
  • You will find yourself in the examples folder, where you can open and edit the examples.
  • The examples should be partly filled out by you while you learn how to use the permtest function.
  • The folder testStatFunctions additionally contain two functions that you should edit yourself.
  • All solutions are available in the solutions folder
