Dirlik Relative Damage for Response PSD

The Dirlik method is a semi-empirical method that calculates equivalent rainflow cycle damage for a response PSD. The response PSD can be in terms of any amplitude metric. This method is useful for comparing the relative severity of two response PSDs.
