The LQR technique is an accepted and well-known method for controller synthesis of biological systems, including the dynamics of the HIV
Acquired Immunoeficiency Syndrome is a deadly disease caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, whose purpose is to destroy the immune system of the human body. Currently, this disease does not have a vaccine or definitive treatment, therefore, treatment with pharmaceutical interventions (antiretroviral therapy or ART) can slow down or stabilize the progression of HIV.
The LQR technique is an accepted and well-known method for controller synthesis of biological systems, including the dynamics of the HIV virus and the immune response that will be addressed in this simulations.
