The primary aim is to demonstrate a conversion process from MATLAB to PC Stand-Alone Apps by using MATLAB's Handle Graphics and MATLAB (Compiler 3.0) , retrofitting molecule3D and compile it into a standalone application under an earlier Matlab platform.
