Inputs: symbols probability vector (for non-vectored data, uncomment "reshape" statement in the "fano_encoding" function).
Output: equivalent binary Fano code.
This project is part of a personal assignment; I've suffered from a lack of resources -on this part- on the internet. I publish it to help any other one may face the same problem:)
