A script which performs monte carlo error analysis for nonlinear least squares fitting.
This progrma can be used to estimate the error in fitted parameters with fitted using nonlinear least squares fitting with multivariate. Currently, the function defined isfor first order rate kinetics although any function can be defined in the annonymous fuction fun. Fitting is performed using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorthim with default options and a step tolerance of 1E-8.
