Draw ellipses field using major, minor, inc and phase

Uses the ellipses parameters major, minor, inc and phase to draw a field of ellipses as lines or patches.

Syntax:
HANDLE = ELLFIELD(X,Y,MAJOR,MINOR,INC,PHA,VARARGIN)

A few options are available with varargin, see the help.
One of them is the possibility of use a different z level for each ellipse like in the subplot(2,2,3) of the sceenshot.
