Ravindra Munje
In this, the sampling theorem is proved by taking the example of two signals of different magnitudes and frequencies.
This is an undergraduate experiment in the course of Control System II of the Electrical Engineering Program of Pune University.
Title: Effect of sampling and verification of sampling theorem.
Learning Outcomes: After the successful completion of this experiment, students will be able to
1. Understand the statement of sampling theorem and the effect of sampling period on signal reconstruction.
2. Develop a MATLAB code for observing the effect of the sampling theorem.
Aim: Aims of the experiment are
1. To plot a continuous-time signal using MATLAB.
2. To sample the signal at a faster, lower, and just right (satisfying criteria of sampling theorem) sampling rates.
