Hi I'm a newbie, the data I'm sending from the weather station I'm trying hasn't reached me for about 1 week.
Or rather, the data is sent regularly from the station to Thingspeak which connects and sends, but looking on the site it seems that they are not received.
The latest data received, in fact, dates back to 7 days ago.
By chance, after sending the 8000 available data, does the service stop?

8000 points is the maximum number of points you can get in a single call to the Read Data endpoint. The limit on the injgestion depends on your number of messages (3 million for the free account), and the data input rate (may once per 15 seconds for free).
If you are still having trouble, please post the command you are using to read data or describe how you are determing that the data seems not to be updating.

In fact I send a data stream every 5 seconds, maybe that's the problem,
Now I'm going to lengthen the sending times every 20 seconds so I'm sure I won't have further problems.
