Hi I got MatLab license for thingspeak. But I am not sure this MatLab is also valid for thingspeak or not? Do i need to buy add-on license for thingspeak?

You can use ThingSpeak free for non-commercial work. Commercial use requires a paid license. There are some limitations on the number of channels and the update rate. You can purchase an additional ThingSpeak license to gain additional features, including the faster update rate. You can see the different license types at the How to Buy page , and see additional license information on the FAQ page .
Your MATLAB license will allow you to use certain toolboxes in ThingSpeak. This list shows which toolboxes can be used.
