The geometric compression ratio CR is the ratio of the total cylinder volume at BDC to the clearance volume at TDC. It is one of the most fundamental engine design parameters — it governs knock tendency, thermal efficiency, and peak cylinder pressure.

Given swept volume V_s (m³) and clearance volume V_c (m³), compute the compression ratio CR. Also verify the result using the TDC/BDC volumes directly.
