Problem 42776. "Power matrix" of two vectors
Given two row vectors x,y of lengths m and n (respectively), create an m x n matrix whose i,j entry is x(i)^y(j).

what could be better than using bsxfun?

better is let matlab do this for you, an in new release there is no need to call bsxfun because it is calle implicitly
