Will fish-eye images work in matlab?

I am planing to work with auto bracketed images taken with fisheye lens.My aim is to create an HDR image.so i wanted to know whether it works in matlab.

This depends on:

1. what a "fisheye image" is. An image of an eye of a fish? Or a photo taken through an fisheye lens printed to paper? Or an image file with the parameter of the lens stored in the EXIF data?
2. what you want to achieve: Encrypt the image, distort it, rotate it, register certain parts of the eye (when you mean images of real eyes)?
