I cannot get my compiled app to run on another computer it just produces this error
Python commands require a supported version of CPython. See <a href="matlab:helpview([docroot '/matlab/helptargets.map'], 'getting_started_python_interface')">Getting Started with Python</a>.
Error in Ballpass/ImportMeshGeometryButtonPushed (line 274)
Error in appdesigner.internal.service.AppManagementService/tryCallback (line 369)
Error in matlab.apps.AppBase>@(source,event)tryCallback(appdesigner.internal.service.AppManagementService.instance(),app,callback,requiresEventData,event) (line 37)
Error using matlab.ui.control.internal.controller.ComponentController/executeUserCallback (line 410)
Error while evaluating Button PrivateButtonPushedFcn.
My programm runns fine on the computer that it was compiled on but simply refuses to run on any other computer. i have preformed multiple fresh installs of python and even did a fresh install of windows. i have made sure that it is the same version (3.8.10) of python is on both computers and i have confirmed that both computers can acess python through comand line, proving that the path is set up correctly.
thanks for the help

Hello,
I recommend reviewing the following MATLAB answer post, which addresses a similar issue to the one you're experiencing: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1634575-cpython-error-when-running-compiled-application-containing-python-module
The post provides a solution to the problem.
I hope you find it useful.
