Why "trainbr" is called Bayesian regularization?

Dear All,
"trainbr" is a network training function that updates the weight and bias values according to Levenberg-Marquardt optimization. I don't see any relationship between it and the Bayes theorem. Please help me explain this problem. Thank you so much,
