please suggest a code for getting rid of these outliers..

Hi , in fingerpring image below how do i reject these outliers, as i am using bwconvhull to segment FP image.

Fill the objects and then call imclose() to join the close blobs together. Use regionprops to calculate the areas and then throw out all but the largest one.
