in an image of size 256 by 256,what is the command to retrieve the value of the pixel (3,4)

is there any command available to get the pixel value of (3,4) from an image of size 256 by 256 ,so that i need not look from the variable editor window

PixelValue = ImageArray(3,4)

or if your image is actually having the size 256x256x3

PixelValueRGB = ImageArray(3,4,:)

which will give you the RGB components

i have taken the cameraman.tif image .when i give the above command error is showing as "??? Undefined function or method 'ImageArray' for input arguments of type 'double'."
