How to get started with data classification using deep learning toolbox?

I have a set of data over time and sensors. I want to do a classification training so it would predict one catgory. I have tried it on the classification leaner app. And now I want to try it with the deep learning toolbox. I have tried to find any related tutorials, but it seems that most of them is about image, video, or sequence classfication. I have attached the whole data set here. I would much appreciate it if someone could help me with it.

It is my understanding that you want to do a classification on time series data. You may find Classification LSTM Networks useful.
