How to get rid of algebraic loop error to generate code?

I have a model where I have algebraic loop and simulink is not allowing me to generate the code. I have used the unit delay block where i have the algebraic loops but it is still not resolving the issue. Does any one know how to get rid of it? The scenario for algebraic loop is that i need to be in same state for certain duration before the system can change state hence i am using output of the model with a delay block to decide the output.
