changing Ticklabel in colorbar

Hi,
I have plotted an image with colorbar.
imagesc(pfield,[0 10]);
h=colorbar
How can I change the ticklabels in the colorbar using set() command? I need only [0 5 10]

set(gca,'xtick',[0 5 10])
