how to shift a pulse by predefined time in simulink environment?

In matlab simulink environment how to give a delay of predefined time to a pulse other than unit delay block. By changing the sample time in the block only rising edge is shifted but the falling edge to an equal amount.Can you give some m file coading to achieve this task.
