Does my cluster need to have Matlab installed to be able to offload my work to it? Or is it just making use of the computing power of the cluster?

I am trying to use a systems which only support applications written in FORTRAN, C, and C++, implementing parallelism through MPI or OpenMP. Can I still offload my Matlab Job on this cluster?
