How to solve Failed-Forbidden Error while downloading Mathworks Raspbian image?

I am getting an error as Failed-Forbidden while downloading Mathworks Raspbian image from the link https://github.com/mathworks/Raspbian_OS_Setup/releases/download/R20.2.2/mathworks_raspbian_R20.2.2.zip provided in MATLAB R2020b version.
How to solve this error?
