Problem with installation of a license NO

Hi! We have change user for our license **** today. The new user have problem with his installation/downloading of his MATLAB license. The new user is: *********, username RBE and Host ID *********(MAC).

it all went very well and he downloaded the program but when he try to run the program he get the message

" License checkout failed. License Manager Error -9 Your username does not match the username in the license file."
