How can I extract features of an imageusing SIFT?

I am trying image stitching using SIFT, I am trying to implement SIFT to extract features, I need help for sift.m which extracts features of an image by running some m-files rather than by running siftwin32.exe. any help will be thanked. try to answer ASAP,
