how to perform Scenario reduction using matlab

hello guys, i was working on wind speed scenario reduction,i have data of wind speeds with 2400 values now i want to reduce it to 24 values,i know matlab has SCENRED tool but i dont know how to use it as im new to matlab , if any one already worked on this tool please help me.
